ABSTRACT

In this monograph to a better understanding of the above subject, it was made a research discoursing from the history of civil registration in Brazil, its importance, since the lack of civil registry directly affects the life of man in society. Where is the birth registration as a fundamental right of the human person. Which also analyzes the Law 9534 of December 10, 1997, where the Federal Government in recent years has enabled partnerships between states, municipalities and civil society to eradicate the problem of those who do not have civil birth, offering gratuitousness to everyone has their guaranteed fundamental rights. The study has aimed to clarify the importance of registration and how to get the look for the notary procedure to solve the problem of those who have no birth registration, as well as demonstrate losses caused by the lack of this personal document, necessary for the exercise of citizenship . The theme researched aims to add discussions and further analysis through a broad reflection, especially to ensure fundamental rights of the population and which will give other academics and professionals in the field, foundation for further research. The research method which will be used in this work is theoretical, a bibliographical and documentary research, which has been used books, internet articles on the subject. .
