RESUMO

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo descrever de modo amplo o que é ansiedade, e também abordar os sintomas que se apresentam no Transtorno de Ansiedade Generalizada. Com o objetivo de esclarecer e de facilitar, o diagnóstico precoce deste transtorno, para que alguns dos sintomas mais graves sejam evitados e que o prejuízo na vida do indivíduo portador deste transtorno seja o menor possível. O Transtorno de Ansiedade Generalizada - TAG se caracteriza por uma preocupação ou ansiedade excessiva, com motivos injustificáveis ou desproporcionais com longa duração geralmente duradoura ou crônica. O presente trabalho constitui em uma pesquisa quantitativa de nível descritiva, o papel do CAPS é o de promover, a partir da prestação de serviços de saúde mental e do acompanhamento social, o desenvolvimento da autonomia e da cidadania dos usuários, reintegrando-os a vida social e a convivência familiar. Por meio de diversas políticas públicas, implementações na Legislação e contribuições de grupos de defesa dos direitos dos pacientes com problemas mentais foi possível à estruturação e expansão de uma rede extra-hospitalar da qual faz parte o CAPS (Centro de Apoio Psicossocial), pela sua localização estratégica, este se tornou decisivo na consolidação de um novo modelo de tratamento e assistência à pessoa com distúrbios mentais, agora cada vez mais integrados a Assistência Básica, através do Programa Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF). Concluiu-se que o CAPS foi um elemento estratégico para a humanização do atendimento em saúde mental e que seu desenvolvimento e expansão fez surgir um novo modelo de saúde mental no Brasil, cada vez mais próximo do que dele necessitam. Realizamos uma palestra dinâmica com alunos do segundo e terceiros anos da escola estadual Dorothy Stang debateram sobre o assunto aqui tratado, dividimos em dois momentos com dois questionários com perguntas fechadas para assim avaliarmos o qual seria benéfica a nossa palestra. Nossa pesquisa de campo pode afirma que o diagnostico precoce é fundamental para melhores resultados para o tratamento, pois com isso essa patologia possa a vim diminuir seus sintomas. Com isso podemos perceber a informação de tal patologia e fundamental para que a população para que tenha conhecimento e que possa procura a ajuda necessária, onde possa ser precocemente diagnosticado e tratado.

ABSTRACT

The present work aims to broadly describe what anxiety is, and also address the symptoms that present themselves not generalized anxiety disorder. In order to clarify and facilitate the early diagnosis of this disorder, so that some of the more serious symptoms are avoided, and that the life impairment of the individual with this disorderls the least possible. Generalize Anxiety Disorder - GAD is characterized by excessive worry or anxiety, with unjustifiable or disproportionate reasons, with long duration; Lasting or chronic. The present work constitutes a descriptive research that reports a study analysis of contemporary authors of cognitive-behavioral therapy that points out interventions performed in the treatment of GAD made available in the health ministry for the treatment performed in CAPS. The role of the CAPS is to promote the development of the autonomy and citizenship of the users, from the provision of mental health services and social accompaniment, and reintegrate them into social life and family life. Through several public policies, implementations in the Legislation and contributions of groups to defend the rights of patients with mental problems, it was possible to structure and expand an out-of-hospital network, including the CAPS (Psychosocial Support Center), because of its strategic location, it became decisive in the consolidation of a new model of treatment and care for people with mental disorders, now increasingly integrated with Basic Care through the Family Health Strategy (ESF) program. It was concluded that the CAPS was a strategic element for the humanization of mental health care, and that its development and expansion gave rise to a new model of mental health in Brazil, closer and closer to what it needs. We held a dynamic talk with students from the second and third years of Dorothy Stang State School discussed the subject matter here; we conducted a questionnaire with six questions prior to the lecture so we could assess how well they knew about that pathology. Our field research may affirm that the early diagnosis is fundamental for better results for the treatment, because with that this pathology can reduce its symptoms. With this we can perceive the information of such pathology and fundamental for the population to have knowledge and that can seek the necessary help, where it can be early diagnosed and treated. With a questionnaire with four questions soon after the applied content so we know if it was really clarified the doubts that existed there. Soon after the lecture we can see that the absorption of the studied subject was completed successfully, since 98% of the students ponder to understand what was discussed there.
