ABSTRACT

This academic work presents Tecnoplace, a company operating in the technology sector producing mobile phones, smartphones and tablets for four years. The main objective is show the business plan of the Company, detailing the strategies adopted to face the competition and increase market share, and the information that supported decision-making by the board over two four-month periods. It presents the results of the sales revenue, profitability, production and sales, production capacity and human resources, investments in product development, design, technological innovation, promotion and advertising. In addition to bringing data about the months of January to August, also exposes the strategies to be adopted by the company for the last four months of the current year and the following years with regard to its human capital, exposing all people management planning, including the plan of positions and salaries, their way of development and deployment, benefit policies and profit sharing, motivational policies, planning human resources required, how it is carried out the recruitment and selection, when the availability of jobs, training weather, both those specific routine as the need for which was identified through the performance evaluation applied in the enterprise.
