ABSTRACT
The present work is a mandatory requirement and of great relevance in the formation of the teacher where they will be described all their trajectory during the graduation. The same is organized in four chapters, namely: Chapter I reports the Supervised Stage I that was carried out in the Kindergarten System with Laura Siqueira Daycare Center located in the Municipality of Autazes. In chapter II describes the Supervised Internship II that was held at the Izaura Torres da Silva State School located, in the initial years of elementary education, in order to train the undergraduate students in Pedagogy for criticality and autonomy, it is an indispensable condition for Pedagogical practices, democratic and focused on the implementation of Brazilian educational laws. Chapter III was held at the Izaura Torres da Silva State School from 22.07 to 06/08/2016, in the Management of Education in a school that attends the students of the Initial Years of Elementary School. Innovative didactic action for the Supervised Stage III in Management of education, which is understood as a possibility and a challenge, constituting a viable alternative for the formation of critical, reflective pedagogues and able to build their own socio-historical space. Chapter IV was elaborated an intervention project with the theme focused on the development of reading in the 5th year of elementary school.
