RESUMO

O presente trabalho intitulado: Educar para a paz: O Empoderamento Da Justiça Restaurativa Como Proposta de prevenção e combate ao Bullying No Ambiente Escolar, tem por escopo demonstrar como a violência na escola tem atingindo uma contingência absurda no que tange o espaço escolar, que sua atuação tem sido mais reiterada nas relações estabelecidas em crianças e adolescentes, portanto, pretende aclarar que o Estado tem buscado políticas públicas que auxiliem na diminuição de casos do Bullying como a prevenção com efetividade e visibilidade das consequências do Bullying. Nesta toada, compreender que situações de violência na Escola possui raízes pautadas em uma construção do meio social da criança e adolescente. Neste viés, busca enxergar nos ditames da Justiça Restaurativa um olhar que troca as lentes do conflito, por uma busca de diálogo entre as partes conflitantes, assim, com uso das práticas restaurativas e uso dos círculos dentro do ambiente escolar, envolver toda a comunidade com finalidade de uma cultura de paz em prol a pacificação social nas escolas, por fim, visa aclarar com base em coletas de dados do Núcleo de Justiça Restaurativa de São José de Ribamar juvenil, o direcionamento dos casos de Bullying e como atuam de forma direcionada que não atinge apenas os envolvidos no Bullying, como também direta e indiretamente toda a comunidade escolar e de convivência social .Por fim, elucidar que o diálogo proposto pela Justiça Restaurativa atinge as partes com fulcro em um método restaurativo propondo uma reintegração e conscientização da possibilidade de prevenir e combater o Bullying no ambiente escolar.

ABSTRACT

This study entitled Violence At School: The Restorative Justice Of Empowerment How Dialogue In Motion In School Environment, has the scope to demonstrate how violence at school has reached an absurd contingency regarding the school environment, that his performance has been more reiterated the relationships established in children and adolescents, therefore, aims to clarify that the state has pursued policies that assist in the reduction of bullying cases as prevention with effectiveness and visibility of Bullying consequences. In this tune, understand that situations of violence at school has guided roots in a building of the social environment of children and adolescents. In this bias, seeks see the dictates of Restorative Justice a look that exchange the lens of the conflict, by a searchfor dialogue between the conflicting parties, so with the use of restorative practices and use of circles within the school environment, involve the whole community with purpose of a culture of peace for the sake of social peace in schools, finally, aims to clarify the basis of Restorative Justice Center data collections of St. Joseph of juvenile Ribamar, targeting cases of bullying and how to act in a targeted way not only reaches those involved in bullying, as well as directly and indirectly the whole school community and social life .For order, elucidating that the dialogue proposed by the restorative Justice reaches the parties fulcrum in a restorative method proposing a reintegration and awareness of the possibility of prevent and combat bullying at school
