ABSTRACT

Given the complexity of the current job market, the companies generally find it difficult to

make admissions process for new employees, that from the earliest stages of selection. Note

the search for new options, which are different between different organizations. This study

aims to analysis of the correlation between labor supply, Human Resource Development and

dynamics of interpersonal relationships within the organization of AMERICAN STORES S /

A. Data were collected through research on the criteria for the selection and recruitment of

people, involving the Human Resources department of the organization. At the end of the

work, we found that all analyzed areas are based principally internal and external

organizational success.
