Bullying is a behavior that can lead to the victim of this evil wicked problems of gigantic proportions since it affects not only the work environment but also the social life of the victim on all the beleaguered personality among them the low esteem, the feeling of disability, isolation and in extreme cases leads harassed to commit suicide, not very rare phenomenon in Brazilian literature. It justified this scientific work due to the problems experienced by internal coexistence Piauí state military due to the existing bullying. Sought in this work demonstrate the importance of being assessed the issue at the expense of human dignity and the direct consequences for the provision of the public security service. The overall objective of this scientific work is to analyze the practice of bullying in the labor environment in the Police of Piaui State Military and to reach this end, we sought to identify the constitutional function of the institution and its importance; conceptualize the moral harassment in its various perspectives; observe the structure of the military Piaui State Police with their regiments; check the harassment in public and military service with their causes and effects; examine police training and service to society; identify the relevant legislation to bullying, seeking the relevant bodies existing demand; demonstrate the importance of formulating a Code of Ethics to replace or complement the internal regulations. To this end, the aim in research to identify the theory relevant evidence supporting that topic, and analyze Marie-France Hirigoyn studies Barreto Daisy, Brinkman, Heinz Layman, Sergio Pintos Martins and others who sought the course of their work, analyze harassment moral in various forms. It follows therefore, that the way of interpretation of military law headed by the lack of a classification of harassing conduct in the Brazilian Penal Code and the low demand for the Judiciary by the victims of moral harassment collaborate to spread this evil.

INTRODUÇÃO

O assédio moral no trabalho é tema de grande importância para o direito brasileiro, em virtude da mutabilidade das relações pessoais frente ao interesse capitalista do qual o Brasil é inserido e que tem sido cada vez mais cobrado dos trabalhadores. Deles é necessária uma maior dedicação na busca pelos lucros incessantes que muitas vezes acabam por ferir princípios de ordem trabalhista e a própria dignidade do trabalhador. O assédio não se resume somente ao setor privado da economia
