RESUMO

Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso buscou responder à problemática que aponta que nos dias de hoje os agros insumos fazem parte da mercadologia do campo perguntamos: Realmente sabemos o que estamos consumindo? Onde seu objetivo é apresentar dados sobre os impactos à saúde humana, dos usos excessivos de agrotóxicos na produção agrícola. Os objetivos específicos apontam para: - Pontuar os elevados índices de uso de agrotóxicos; - Demarcar dados que apontam a intoxicação por produtos agrícolas; - Verificar alternativas para amenizar o uso de agrotóxicos nas plantações agrícolas; - Demonstrar, junto aos produtores, de como é feito o manejo dos agrotóxicos em suas propriedades. A Fundamentação Teórica baseia-se no princípio da História do agrotóxico. A Metodologia para levantamento de dados de campo admitiu os modelos quantitativo e qualitativo, com alcance do tipo descritivo, através das seguintes técnicas: com levantamento de dados documentais a fim de pontuar os elevados índices de uso de agrotóxicos, e demarcar dados que apontam a intoxicação por produtos agrícolas; um questionário aplicado aos engenheiros agrônomos, com perguntas estruturadas e dirigidas, e um questionário aplicado aos agricultores com a aplicação de perguntas estruturadas e fechadas. Os resultados desta investigação apontam que há uma elevada presença de resquícios de agrotóxicos em muitos alimentos produzidos nas agriculturas, onde os produtos agrícolas utilizados na produção, adentram ilegalmente no país. Há dados que comprovam que a intoxicação causada por insumos agrícolas, incide na terceira maior causa de envenenamento no Brasil, e apresentam resultados alarmantes a saúde humana, mas que já há alternativas para substituir os químicos, tal como o controle biológico citado pelos engenheiros e percebemos que os agricultores têm o conhecimento sobre as leis já vigentes sobre os produtos agrícolas, porém ainda há algumas incorreções que podem ser melhoradas nas propriedades. O fim social desta pesquisa foi destinado aos agricultores rurais do Município de Claudia-MT e a Escola Técnica Estadual de Educação Profissional Tecnológica de Sinop- SECITEC.

ABSTRACT

This Course Conclusion Work seeks to answer the problematic that points out that today the agros inputs arem part of the market of the field we ask: Do we really know what we are consuming? Where its objective to present data on the human health impacts of the excessive use of agrochemicals in agricultural production. The specific objectives aim to: -Punctuate the high rates of pesticide; -Demarcate data that indicate the intoxication by agricultural products; -Check alternatives to reduce use agrochemicals in agricultural plantations; -Demonstrate, together with the producers, how the pesticides are handled on their properties. Theoretical Grounding based on the principle of the History of the pesticide. The methodology for field data collection allowed the quantitative and qualitative models, with a descriptive scope, through the following techniques: a survey of documentary data in order to score the high rates of pesticides, use and to demarcate data that point to intoxication Agricultural products; A questionnaire applied to agronomist engineers, with structured and directed questions, and a questionnaire applied to farmers with the application of structured and closed questions. The results of this investigation indicate that there is a high presence of remnants of pesticides in many foods produced in agriculture, where the agricultural products used in production, enter the country illegally. There is evidence that the poisoning caused by agricultural inputs is related to the third largest cause of poisoning in Brazil, and they present alarming results to human health, but that there are already alternatives to replace the chemicals such as biological control cited by the engineers and we realize that Farmers have knowledge about the existing laws on agricultural products, but there are still some flaws that can be improved on properties. The social purpose of this research had intended for rural farmers in the Municipality of Cláudia-MT and the State Technical School of Professional Technical Education of Sinop – SECITEC.
