ABSTRACT

This monograph longs to discuss this issue that it is a devastating phenomenon that has affected the self-esteem and mental health of adolescents called bullying, that occurs when the adolescent is more susceptible or vulnerable in schools and highlight their consequences both psychic for both the victim and legal for your bullie, focusing on responsibility for indemnification. His problem is around the legal consequences that impute liability for damages on those responsible for the student who does bullying.
