ABSTRACT

The research carried out in this Work Course Conclusion (TCC) aimed to analyze the position of social services in preventing and combating sexual abuse of children and adolescents, where professional social workers have in their professional duties specific qualifications to treat and deal with these expressions of social issues, this issue sexual violence in specific the practice of sexual abuse has been growing concern in society especially against children and adolescents, so it is very important know to form systematic work of the social worker in this confrontation, Presenting statistical data on this type of violence and legislation that supports these children and adolescents, in a society that little is known about their rights, but charges the exercise of their citizenship, where the highest rates of sexual abuse victims are in families in socially vulnerable, the law we discuss the ECA the Statute of Children and Adolescents, as well as know the organs that make up the social assistance policy and its methodology of work related to the practice of sexual abuse type CRAS, Center Reference of Social Welfare and the CREAS reference Expertise Centre for Social Welfare, within this institutional environment to reflect on the role of social worker in combating sexual violence against children and adolescents and know how to take this action on this issue, finally presented a research that demonstrates the profile of children and adolescents victims of sexual abuse and interventions of the social worker in this fight, for fighting and preventing this practice as abusive if Underpinning laws in this guarantee of rights.

INTRODUÇÃO

Podemos analisar a questão da violência, pois ela se dar de varias formas (Araújo 2002) Argumenta que a violência independente do âmbito é uma violação do direito de liberdade, do direito de ser sujeito da própria história, ou seja, a liberdade é uma capacidade, é um direito fundamental do ser humano. A violência seria então toda e qualquer forma de agressão, tanto, no plano físico como no plano emocional, que contribui para o sofrimento de uma pessoa.

Se referindo
