ABSTRACT

Through research conducted with engineering students have proposed five questions about management and project planning and based on the responses, we developed the TC2 ( Work Course Conclusion 2 ) , its main goal is to bring knowledge to future professionals market and give the basics of what management and project planning , through two tools that are constantly used by small , medium and large . This methodology summarizes the common market practices .The TC2 was based on the PDCA cycle and inspired in the main processes of project man- agement PMBOK ®. The aim of this CBT ( Work completion of course ) is to facilitate the understanding of how these tools in order : clean , simple and reduced , thus the professional futures market could have macro vision of the processes that are occur- ring , developing tools management and control to increase your chances of success by improving the human outcome ( feedback ) , saving resources , reducing risks and uncertainties of all kinds , meeting deadlines and properly crafting the scope of con- tracted service.
