Organizations are embedded in an increasingly competitive and complex environment, where the need to serve well, have good price and delivery time is very important for customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. In this context, having the product available in stock at the time the customer demand, can become competitive advantage. So the development of this research aims to identify the importance of the most influential stock items in a factory flour, seeking to manage the stock of indirect inputs efficiently, reducing inventory levels while meeting the market. With literature search and obtaining process information supply company, seeks the knowledge of the current situation, identifying the most important and influential items in order to add value in inventory management. For this research will be used to collect data management system of the company in 2013 in order to get the reality of stocks today. Hence, with the use of curve ABC and XYZ method of criticality ranking tools, with an intersection of their information, the point of application is determined individually, along with the level of safety stock, the maximum stock, tailoring the process to the proposed model.
